Straight Out of Africa

What really interests me is how fashion changes and evolves. A good example of this is with African clothing which has evolved from functioning as essential attire to a current vibrant form of fashion which is worn by many people today including celebrities. Africa is of course a wonderfully diverse continent and there are many variations in the clothing. More recently you can even spot the European influence on come more modern styles. Also with events such as Lagos Fashion week, Africa is soon to be leading the way in new fashion.

Here is a short timeline of pictures.
